Description
Anime Fest Vendor Information & Event Guidelines
- Vendor space is $85 per 6-foot space
- 6-foot table and two chairs provided per space
- Space is limited; all materials and equipment must fit within the alloted space
- All fees are non-refundable
- Set up can be Thursday, July 24 from 1-7p.m., or Friday, July 25, starting at 10 a.m. (doors open at noon on Friday)
- Tear down must be completed by Saturday, July 26 at 11 p.m. (vendor area closes at 10 p.m.)
- 2 Vendor passes will be given per applicant
- Outside food, candy or beverages are strictly prohibited. Re-usable drink containers are permitted.
- Canton Palace Theatre reserves the right to censor any vendor’s items.
The Canton Palace Theatre and/or its affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or for any injury incurred during the Anime Fest event.Â
