Patrons that purchased tickets through the Canton Palace Theatre Box Office may request a refund by filling out this form. Only orders placed through the Canton Palace Theatre Box Office can be refunded by the theatre.  Patrons can also keep their existing order and will be issued updated tickets for the new show date, when that is announced.  We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
