Canton Palace Theatre 2020 Anime Fest postponed to July 16, 17 & 18, 2021.
Canton, Ohio. June 16, 2020. The Canton Palace Theatre’s Anime Fest, originally scheduled for July 17, 18 and 19, 2020 has been postponed to July 16, 17 and 18, 2021. Tickets purchased for the 2020 event, will be honored for the 2021 dates. Questions should be emailed to info@cantonpalacetheatre.org.
“With the limitation on capacity and availability of presenters, it was not possible to continue with the festival for 2020”, said Christopher Lesho, Anime Fest producer and Canton Palace Theatre technical director. He also stated, “we look forward to coming back bigger in 2021.”
Anime Fest would have been celebrating its fifth year in 2020. Annually, the event draws over 700 attendees to the three days event that features panel discussions, gaming, cosplay contests, arcade, vendors, and themed concessions.
