This year’s festival will take place on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 2pm-9pm in downtown Canton at the historic Canton Palace Theatre. The event attracts a diverse and enthusiastic crowd of aspiring filmmakers, creatives, and students interested in arts, media, and communications.

Area High Schools will showcase their student films in 30-45 minutes time blocks. The blocks will be divided from 3pm-5pm and 6pm-7:30pm. The student showcase will culminate in an award to a winning school and a cash prize.

Alongside the student film showcase, we will also feature a panel of local industry professionals to speak to students, a college fair and an equipment demonstration from Cleveland Camera Rental.

Students and teachers with a valid school ID will receive free admission. Non-student/teacher admission will be $10.
